   Nope,they have been everywhere. They have been called opposite names in most countries, though have been still Fords, Chevys, etc.

   American done cars have been used everywhere. Some places they have been some-more renouned than others. In Japan, for instance, they have been intensely uncommon.

   yes though they have been not a same models sole in a US.

   they have opposite engines as well as emissions as well as a using lights have been different.
