Actually on the other end of the spectrum. Most shops offer these low ball specials? to get cars in their shops to try to up sell by finding things wrong with your car. Do the work yourself and know your car.

The work order should have clearly said the tires didnt need to be balanced, or a service mechanic should have explained before he paid his bill. Whether the work needed to be done or? not, it was dishonest to write that it was done, incuding a brake check and torqueing his lug nuts to 65 ft lbs.. the work order was a complete fabrication. I would have marked the oil filter too, I bet they didn't remove that either.

You shouldnt take it to a craphole like midas. Rotating your tires is just a ploy by the tire manufacturers to get you to wear out your tires faster and at the same time so you have to replace all four at the same time. If you don't rotate your tires they last alot longer. You should also keep the best tread of your four tires on the back. The reason for this is if you lose control as in a spin you rear tires will grip? and stop the spin.if you have money to throw away rotate every 3000

you keep the best tires on the front in a rear wheel drive and in the rear on a front wheel drive. The rear wheels on a front drive car are basically just trailers and need the extra grip. You will get a bit of warning should the front tires slip and you? can slow down but the rear can go before you know it
