I wish to sell my car, though a lot of buyers do not have a full volume cash. So we was wondering is there a authorised approach for me to emanate a stipulate saying which they will compensate me upon monthly conditions only as an automobile dealership would if they were being financed by them. If so afterwards how could we do this process.

You can, but if you’re selling your car as a private party, it’s not a good idea. The buyer might make a down payment and never give you another dime. Even if you keep the title, If they don’t make the payments, you may have to hire a repo man (never try a repossession on your own) to get your car back. Repossessors usually charge a percentage (I think it’s 10% or more) of the lien.
I agree with lj. It is very risky to do what your wanting to do. You might be better off referring the buyer to companies like Capitol One or eBay financing center. They specialize in loans on used cars. I have also seen that they are “flexible” with credit approval many of my customers have used them and they tell me that it is an ez process. Just make sure that all the terms on the back of the check r met so that you do not have a problem depositing the check.
