   1. Well, most rental places I have come across require you to be 25 or something stupid to rent a car. Enterprise however will let you rent a car if you are under 25, but they will slap you with a 100 dollar adjustment to your bill. The other issue is it is extremely hard to find an enterprise place that will let you do this, but according to their website it exists.
   2. You will need several tools for this, a brick, a knowledge of hot wiring cars, and a police scanner. Throw the brick through the window of any parked car, let yourself in, get that thing started with your hotwiring expertise, and then get the hell out of there. Use the police scanner to listen if they are onto you, if you suspect they are onto you, ditch the car somewhere, find another parked car and repeat this process. Guaranteed to work.

   ~~ If your 21 any of the rental agencies will supply you with one.
   Have photo ID and you should have no trouble, it will just cost a little more.

   I thought everywhere in the US you could rent cars at 21. Actually I am pretty sure anywhere in the US you can rent a car at 21. I live on the east coast so I am not sure about how it is in LA. Why wouldn’t you just take a plane to Vegas? Anway sorry I cant help you, Good luck though.

   You are better off flying and then renting a car in Vegas. If your under 25 you can still rent a car but it is around 100.00 a day extra. Also, rental cars in vegas are dirt cheap and you wont need them as many days as you would if you were too drive from LA.

   I believe Enterprise let driver under 25 to rent cars, but not sure if it has changed. I know you can rent from any rental car company, but you just have to pay an extra charge for being under 25.
